How to delete your account

This page explains how to delete a Ferox TV account, published by FeroxAI, SIA.

• Send an email to hello@feroxai.ai with the subject “Delete my Ferox account” and your account login.
• We confirm that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. You receive a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

• Account login and password
• Sources you added and their login details
• Channel order, favourites, hidden channels and watch positions
• Parental control settings
• Device records and crash logs linked to the account

What may be kept

Records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices for paid services, are kept for the period Latvian accounting law requires and are not used for anything else. Server backups that contain the account are overwritten within 30 days.

Deleting some data only

You can remove sources, devices and favourites yourself in the control panel at any time without deleting the account, or ask us by email to delete specific data.
