These terms apply to the use of Ferox TV, Ferox Player and the website feroxai.ai. Ferox VinylOS and Ferox CRM are provided to businesses under separate agreements.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control. Apps obtained through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; apps obtained through Google Play, to Google Play’s terms.

Your content and sources

Ferox TV and Ferox Player are players. They do not provide channels, films, series or other content. You add your own files and sources and you are responsible for having the right to access and play them. We may suspend accounts used to distribute content without the rights holder’s permission.

Accounts

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the apps, except where the law allows it.
• Do not interfere with our servers or other users’ accounts.
• Do not use the products for anything unlawful.

Paid features

If a product offers paid features, the price and billing period are shown before purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded under their rules.

Warranty and liability

We work to keep the products reliable, but they are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Latvia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
